This one-on-one appointment is a starting point for people who are experiencing ongoing symptoms and want help understanding the bigger picture of their health.
During this session, we’ll talk through your current concerns, health history, lifestyle, and what you’ve already tried. The goal is to gather information, identify patterns, and discuss possible areas to explore further — not to diagnose or treat.
This appointment is often used as a first step before starting a longer-term program, allowing us to determine whether working together is a good fit and what type of support would be most appropriate moving forward.
If proceeding with a treatment package, this will be deducted from the package total.

Health Direction Appointment

30 mins - During this appointment, we will celebrate your wins, make changes to protocol if needed, and assess the next steps in your healing journey.

1 hour - This appointment is for those needing to discuss more complex concerns or to go over test results.
