Combined Decongestive Therapy is a combination of Manual Lymph Drainage, Exercise, Skin Care and Compression. Your therapist will assess and provide information for ongoing home care with your visit. This type of Manual Lymph Drainage treatment can greatly reduce recovery time and facilitate healing and drainage post injury or surgery, burns, edema, ulcers, CRPS, Lymphedema and Lipedema. Vignesh offers the Vodder method of lymphatic treatment.

Lymphatic Taping

BioCompression Systems Pneumatic Pump is available for arm or leg treatments. The pump acts as a "muscle pump" to move the lymphatic fluid through the channels. This can be done over top of multi-layered bandaging. Ideal for Phlebolymphedema, Primary Lymphedema, Vascular edema, and Pregnancy edema. Pumps can be purchased through this clinic for home use.

Pneumatic Pump therapy - Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy treatment: including placement of the laser for 1 area of treatment. Additional areas to be treated with laser will be an additional $50 per treatment area and will require more time.

GLA:D Canada is an 8 week education and exercise program for those with stiff and/or painful knees and/or hips, or those with knee and/or hip osteoarthritis. 
2 education sessions and 12 exercise sessions for 8 weeks led by a certified therapist. You will: Learn how to control your movements and proper posture; Build muscular strength through functional exercises; Learn how to apply these exercises to everyday activities.

*Follow Up* Physiotherapy - Osteoarthritis Classes
