Our therapists are very busy, therefore we have a strict Cancellation Policy: Less than 24 hours notice will result in 50% cancellation fee. No shows and less than 2 hours notice will be charged the full service fee. We recommend finding a friend or family member to take your spot if you have to cancel within the 24 hour window, to avoid a cancellation fee. Better to pay it forward to someone you care about than to have to pay for no one. Or, if we are able to fill that spot, the fee will be waived. Thank you!
